On the label

Main Fabric: Tencel Check Twill - a super soft, medium weight fabric. 

Care: Gentle machine wash or hand wash (max 30 degrees). Use a detergent for delicate fabrics. Air dry (do not tumble dry). Iron inside out on a medium heat.
