MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS
My Made to Order and Custom pieces are crafted specifically which means each item is unique and made at your request. Because of this, I'm unable to accept returns.
Cancellations: I allow a two-day lead time on processing Made to Order and Custom orders to allow for any amendments and cancellations. After that your fabric will have been allocated and cut, joining my production line to ensure your order is on plan and arrives on time.
If something is wrong with your order or you want to cancel within the timeframe, please contact me directly. Beyond that, cancellations aren't possible.
READY MADE & ARCHIVE
I offer a 14-day return policy for all Ready Made and any vintage Archive products.
All you have to do is contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return. If more than 14 days has passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund.
Please note that a garment / product not in its original condition, is damaged, has evidently been worn / washed or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is exempt from being returned and will not be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please contact me to arrange a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging.
RETURNS PROCESS
E-mail to arrange a return at hello@ocelotstudio.uk within 14 days of delivery receipt
Confirmation of the return address will be provided
Return the garment / product within 15 days of receipt of return address
A refund will be processed at the soonest opportunity and no longer that 14 days of the returned garment / product being received and confirmed as eligible for return
