Returns Policy 

 

Made to Order and Custom Orders: because of the nature of these items, we cannot offer returns or refunds. 

We allow a two-day lead time on processing Made to Order and Custom orders to allow for any order amendments and cancellations. Please contact us if there is something wrong with your order or your wish to cancel. Cancellations after this time period will not be accepted. 

 

Pre-Made Orders: We offer a 14-day return policy for all standard sized and sale products.

In order to be eligible to return, your garment / product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original condition that you received it. 

All you have to do is contact us within 14 days of receipt of your garment / product to arrange a return.

If more than 14 days has passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

Please note that a garment / product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is exempt from being returned and will not be refunded. 

 

Conditions of return

Please contact us to arrange a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging. 

 

How to process your return 

    • E-mail to arrange a return at hello@ocelotstudio.uk within 14 days of delivery receipt 
    • Confirmation of the return address will be provided 
    • Return the garment / product within 15 days of receipt of return address 
    • A refund will be processed at the soonest opportunity and no longer that 14 days of the returned garment / product being received and confirmed as eligible for return
