STEP 1: YOUR VISION
DESIGN
Initial Consultation: Let’s dive in and get to know each other! Share your inspirations, including that Pinterest board you’ve been curating. We’ll explore your ideas and dreams to capture the essence of what you’re envisioning.
Design Consultation: In our follow-up session, I’ll present my initial sketches, and we’ll dive into every detail – from the cut and fabrics to the fastenings. We’ll fine-tune the design together until it perfectly reflects your vision.
STEP 2: PERFECT FIT
TOILE
I’ll guide you through taking your unique measurements, which are the blue print for crafting your custom pattern.
Next, I'll create a mock-up of your garment, called a “toile,” using plain fabric. We’ll then have a fitting session – either in person or virtually – to assess the fit and make any adjustments needed. Together, we’ll refine your toile until it’s just right.
STEP 3: pièce de résistance
FINAL GARMENT
Once we perfect the base fit, your final dress will be meticulously crafted in your chosen fabric. Every detail, from buttons to lace, will be added with precision to bring your unique vision to life.
If fittings are needed, we’ll work through the alterations until the dress is ready for the final delivery.
